We are a 501c3 nonprofit empowering the community with training, tools and information about strengthening the Muscular, Cardio Respiratory, and Skeletal systems through physical training, community events, workshops, competitions, challenges, apps etc geared towards fitness, exercise and nutrition. By aiding in the fight against diabetes, heart disease, depression, adhd, and numerous physical, psychological, and cognitive disorders, we can assist in developing a healthy, strong human body, while building a healthy and strong community for all ages, cultures, religions and classes.

We hope to provide a hub, safe & healthy space open to the community where anyone can join our environment of health conscious individuals coming together for the development of the greatest outcome for the human body and planet in. Through research, trials, test, development, teaching & training, community services & events etc.
By offering effective impactful programs, competitions & challenges, events, showcases & workshops, assessments & evaluations we can get people of all ages excited and motivated about movement.

Therapeutic Myofacial Massage
During Therapeutic Myofacial Massage, light pressure is applied by hand to find myofascial areas that feel stiff instead of elastic and movable.
deeper pressure is applied after locating myofascial, then followed by heavier amassage.
The stiff areas, or trigger points, are thought to limit muscle and joint movements, which can play a part in widespread muscle pain.
